Cleanliness, breakfast was good

Location was quite far from Patong Beach, also no lift or scooter services available for reaching the Mountain View room and I had to take stairs

The staff was very helpful, we reached late but they were attentive and still called a car to take us to our room.Also helped us at various points. The breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't use the pool but seemed good.

It had around 30-45 mins walk to patong beach.

because it is not in patong beach you need to have your car or bike.. otherwise you need to go and come by Taxi wifi was not working in my room but my SIM card was having ulmited internet so i didnt care

The staff was very helpful, reasonable big room size, lovely big pool, lots of banana and coco trees around so it helps the resort ecosystem friendly and natural and breathable. It is about 10 minutes by car to Mailin night market which you can en a good dinner there. If you can ride a motorcycle and want to hide away from the busy life then this is the place for you.

It is not located in the central so you can’t get quick or good foods around the area. We had to order foods from Grab Foods and most of the food retailers couldn’t deliver to us due to not many gran drivers wanting to go to this place. The breakfast menu here is very basic and nearly the same everyday. Perhaps update your hotel’s menu? The toilet’s seat is too old please considering replacement? By the way, I booked a Mountain view room (which is on the mountain/hill location) but was allocated a pool view room. I was okay but my daughter got a little bit upset, so please note for future reference. But all good as the room had pool’s view so not too bad.

About 25minute walk to the beach, a little out of the action of Patong. The hotel will do transfers into town but only 4 times a day.

Everything was good, we really enjoyed our stay. A bit far from Patong but there is transfer at 9 an 11am and 4pm so wasn’t a problem at all

Breakfast buffet was ok. So were the Thai dishes we had for dinner. Our room in buikding 5 (after an upgrade for which we paid 200 THB per night) was nice with a terrace overlooking the pool. Modern RV with French and English channels. Big fridge. Loud but adequate aircon. Staff were friendly. Room done very well each day. They grow their own vegetables like morning glory.

The bathroom of room 505 needs some mending of the plumbing: the tap is loose and the shower drain smells of the gutter (needs ventilation on the drain, a construction error). We had to close it between showers with a plastic bag to avoid having the stench of the septic tank in our room. The pool also needs more maintenance: it went completely green one day (see picture). But our biggest disappointment was the really lousy wifi and lack of internet connection throughout the hotel. This in 2020 is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. Especially because they advertise “free internet” on Booking Com and on the street sign at the entrance. It was the worst internet we had in 4 weeks and 8 hotels so far in Thailand. Routers went on and off. You had internet for 5 minutes and then you had to restart the lengthy procedure to reconnect. If you were lucky. Some routers weren’t even connected (see picture). So if you need internet as we do, look for another option.

Breakfast is really delicious, you can find everything you want; The view there is the best; People are relly nice and friendly; You can take the car from hotel to Patong beach and back, the car is for free.

Only problem was that there were no fresh coffee and the kitchen staff’s English proficiency is poor. Furthermore, I was greatly impressed with everything else.

The room could have been cleaner & not much around the resort walking distance but the shuttle bus service was excellent.
