Good

very close to patong beach. easy availability of bolt & grab scooters & cabs. away from noisy area. too many cafes, 7 11s, massage parlors are nearby so you have plenty of options for everything in nearby areas large rooms. neat and clean toilets.

less facilities like no toiletries (toothbrush, paste). daily 2 small bottles of water. no restaurants in hotel so if you are tired you can't order anything but good thing is you can order from foodpanda & grab app. language issue with staff. I told manager at reception that water was getting blocked near shower area but seems like she couldn't understood it. Tip for people: Use Google translate. These are all small minor issues but I am writing it here so that it can help other people. Overall its a nice resort with large rooms ans close to patong beach

i would appreciate the resort staff for making my trip more confortable .. the room was more clean and nice that i expected.. - nice room -nice view - all what we need was available in room fully recommening

because it is not in patong beach you need to have your car or bike.. otherwise you need to go and come by Taxi wifi was not working in my room but my SIM card was having ulmited internet so i didnt care

the pool was great and the breakfast was very good. we enjoyed our time and the staff were very helpful when i lost my things, they helped me find them very fast

that there was an extra cost for having seperate beds and the shower pressure wasn’t the best.

PS Hill Resort average stay

Room with balcony was pretty good. Swimming pool was average. Breakfast varieties are also average. Arrangements in room are also average. Value for money.

Overall property maintenance is poor. In bathroom all three containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash contain same liquid soap and that too of poor quality. Breakfast options can be revised. Location is away from main city or happening places. So there is no option except hiring two wheeler or taxi for going to any places you like.

Good stay and wished there were more food shops around. All good though.

The staff was very helpful, reasonable big room size, lovely big pool, lots of banana and coco trees around so it helps the resort ecosystem friendly and natural and breathable. It is about 10 minutes by car to Mailin night market which you can en a good dinner there. If you can ride a motorcycle and want to hide away from the busy life then this is the place for you.

It is not located in the central so you can’t get quick or good foods around the area. We had to order foods from Grab Foods and most of the food retailers couldn’t deliver to us due to not many gran drivers wanting to go to this place. The breakfast menu here is very basic and nearly the same everyday. Perhaps update your hotel’s menu? The toilet’s seat is too old please considering replacement? By the way, I booked a Mountain view room (which is on the mountain/hill location) but was allocated a pool view room. I was okay but my daughter got a little bit upset, so please note for future reference. But all good as the room had pool’s view so not too bad.

The staff was very helpful in every way. Breakfast was adequate, location was good.

Although the market was close, getting to the hotel was a bit difficult due to the lack of a walking path. But this is a common problem in the area.

The whole resort was a great place. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast had the same menu every single day.

The distance to Patong Beach or food outlets were quite a distance. You need to walk 15mins or rent a bike or hire a tuk tuk.

Over all a good resort to relax and spend time with family and friends

The staff was very helpful, we reached late but they were attentive and still called a car to take us to our room.Also helped us at various points. The breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't use the pool but seemed good.

It had around 30-45 mins walk to patong beach.

The room was big, had enough storage space, TV and even a small table with 2 chairs in and out the room. The pool is big, clean, and there's a nice sitting area around it. Breakfast was very good. Many reviews here complained that it was the same everyday, and that is only true if you want to eat the same every day. There's a lot of variety, from noodles to toast, cookies and fruit, eggs and potatoes. The staff is lovely.

Unlike other hotels, you can't arrange any other services through them, such as tours, scooter rental, or taxis. We asked about everything and were always sent to the main street to look for them, they didn't even give us a trusted partner. As travelers we always prefer to book through the hotel, trusting they will give us the best rates and feel a little safer, this wasn't the case sadly. (FYI) As read in other reviews, the hotel is on the outer side of the city (chaos), which is great for sleep. It is walkable, but you have to walk on the road, no sidewalk or anything similar.
